a slowing of turn over which has resulted in some properties sold under
pressure. There has been a slight fall in values creating great buying
opportunities, but on the whole the market here is standing up well.

interest rates being reduced by 2% in the past 3 months investor
confidence is certain to grow as leading economists predict more
reductions into 2009 further stimulating the housing market. The
