Dowling & Neylan Real Estate was established in Noosa Heads on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast long before the rest of Australia discovered its charms and today offers the level of understanding and expertise that comes only from experience and long association.
Conveniently located in the heart of Hastings Street, Dowling & Neylan Real Estate is your entrance to Noosa.

Noosaville has had the treatment, Hastings Street as well, and now it is the turn of Sunshine Beach to get its own style of urban renewal.
And just what the end result will be for one of the Sunshine Coast's most desirable coastal villages is largely in the hands of the people who love it the most.
Sunshine Coast council is committed to designing a master plan for areas including the Duke Street shopping precinct, Ed Webb Park and the adjacent foreshore car park areas.
In keeping with Sunshine's trendy, casual feel local councillor Russell Green is looking for a special mix where functional meets the creative for an enhancement of what locals and regular visitors already love.
Mr Green said the intended makeover would build on "the existing lifestyle and character".
"Council is committed to a place-making approach which capitalises on the community's assets, inspiration and potential," Mr Green said.
"It's about delivering great outcomes for our community by creating good public spaces that promote people's health, happiness and wellbeing.
"At the end of the day I think we don't want to be looking to create another Hastings Street there."
Consultation with local groups is already under way and Mr Green said the early feedback was that the park area needed to be utilised better and erosion problems overcome.
"People want better pedestrian links up to the shops and it may be a case of looking for safer ways to get people from foreshore areas to up there."
Council's master plan consultancy team will be conducting roving video interviews, meetings with small focus groups and workshops to canvas as many ideas as possible.
The end result will be a short film and a consultation report based on the community consultations.
A council master plan online survey can be filled out until January 31 at ww.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au and following the links.
On-site interviews will be videoed and fed back to council while the community meeting and workshop will be held Thursday, February 18 at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club.
