Peter has been selling Noosa since 1976. Working at the coal face for nearly 30 years has seen Peter develop an unmatched database of clients and an instinct for property trends few agents have. Peter has always focused on superior service and to this day after so many years in the business he sees to every detail and still attends to the grueling follow up work many agents quickly avoid. Peter is an excellent coach and has trained many of Noosa's leading sales people, in fact many have gone on to manage their own local agency.

Dan started his career with the firm 14 years ago; after the first 5 years he joined another leading Noosa firm gaining his full Real Estate license and managing one of two offices until he became partner of Peter Dowling First National and renamed the firm Dowling and Neylan Real Estate, an independent boutique real Estate agency. During his career Dan has been awarded REIQ Sunshine Coast Sales Person of the year on 2 occasions in 2002 and 2004 and was awarded Queensland Sales person of the year in 2004. He was also one of three finalists in the Sunshine Coast business awards young business leader of the year 2004. Dan is a licensed Auctioneer and is known for his sales in the top end of the residential real estate market.

Lee first came to Noosa in the 1970’s and has been a regular visitor since. Starting her working career as a receptionist in one of Sydney’s leading Real Estate companies, Roxy’s interest in property ignited. During her 10 year real estate career, Roxy has worked in assisting both property management and sales departments and met her husband Scott in a project development sales company in Double Bay. Looking for a sea change and somewhere to start a family, Roxy and Scott packed up and moved to beautiful Noosa. Re-entering the workforce after spending 3 years at home raising their son, Roxy decided to explore a new career in advertising sales with Noosa’s local newspapers. With a keen interest in marketing and advertising and with an eye for detail, this proved to be a very enjoyable and fulfilling career change as she got to know many of the locals and learnt about a broad range of businesses and print media. Real estate remained a huge interest and the goal of one day assisting her husband and gaining her sales license has now been fulfilled with the Dowling & Neylan team. Sandy has lived in Noosa for the past 17 years and worked at the local high school for 10 years whilst her children attended and assisted many families settle into the community. Having done a short stint as a volunteer in the local tourism office, she liked the idea of helping people enjoy their time here in Noosa. She has worked in holiday accommodation on Hastings Street for the last 5 years and has just transferred within our company to the permanent rental section as Assistant Property Manager and is looking forward to the challenges this position will bring. Sandy knows the area well and has extensive experience in property maintenance and will look forward to helping owners in getting the most out of their investment properties.

Starting her career with a Melbourne newspaper group, Alison has worked in the accounting field for over 40 years for international companies, small businesses and professional offices within Australia. The majority of Alison’s experience has been dedicated to the building, building supply, property development and real estate industries located in Victoria, New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Queensland. Alison’s experience has been enhanced though working in other industries such as manufacturing; export & import within the steel, jewellery and clothing industries; and prior to moving to the Sunshine Coast, a position at the University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus, within a scientific research facility. The Sunshine Coast has been home to Alison for the past 10 years and life here, she considers to be both a pleasure and a privilege.
