The company was founded in 1976 and was one of only two real estate agencies in Noosa.
As Noosa grew so did the company allowing the firm to be involved in the first sale of many of Noosa's major resort buildings and land releases.
Then known as Peter Dowling and Co. the company handled the sale of most of the waterfront land on Noosa Sound and later was very active in Noosa Waters.
Today we are very active in the luxury end of the Noosa real estate market, the media, bank valuers and developers all often call on us for well researched, accurate advice.
Dowling and Neylan are not the biggest agency in town and we don't want to be, to us it's not the quantity of sales agents, the number of agencies or even the size of our shop front that's important.
The quality of our work, the service we provide and the results we achieve for our clients is our focus and we won't compromise the standards we are willing to accept.
