Dan started his career with the firm 17 years ago; after the first 5 years he joined another leading Noosa firm gaining his full Real Estate license and managing one of two offices until he became partner of Peter Dowling First National and renamed the firm Dowling and Neylan Real Estate, an independent boutique real Estate agency. During his career Dan has been awarded REIQ Sunshine Coast Sales Person of the year on 2 occasions in 2002 and 2004 and was awarded Queensland Sales person of the year in 2004. He was also one of three finalists in the Sunshine Coast business awards young business leader of the year 2004. Dan is a licensed Auctioneer and is known for his sales in the top end of the residential real estate market.

Michele Neylan along side her husband Dan, has been a vital part in the growth and development of Dowling & Neylan Real Estate. She has been involved in the real estate/holiday accommodation Industry for the past 7 years. She has her own real estate sales licence having worked as a personal assistant to a leading Noosa agent for several years. Michele has extensive experience dealing with many aspects of property management and her banking background positions her well in her current role running the holiday advertising portfolio and assisting in maintaining the accounts division

Luke began his career with a diploma of hotel management spending 5 years managing resort properties in the South Island in New Zealand. Later moving to Noosa Luke joined the firm in 1990 as property manager and progressed into sales in 1998. Lukes knowledge of the Noosa investment market is unmatched, he is able to offer detailed advice to clients regarding all aspects of holiday letting. Scott is a third generation real estate specialist with more than 16 years experience in the field. Beginning his career in 1994 in Sydney's extremely competitive Eastern Suburbs market & six years later moving to the Sunshine Coast after being very attracted to Noosa and what the area has to offer. With a strong focus in the areas of Noosa Waters & Noosaville Scott has successfully negotiated 100's of sales from inexpensive apartments through to multimillion dollar homes. Nicole has joined the Dowling & Neylan team with a wealth of local knowledge. Starting her career in Real Estate at a young age has seen her develop her skills and passion for the industry, bringing her eye for detail and eagerness to learn to a new level.

Sophie's role at Dowling and Neylan is to provide a high level of support to Sam and Karen. This includes co-ordinating advertising and marketing campaigns, photoshoots, arranging property inspections, management of appointments and liaising with clients and service providers.

Sue joined Dowling & Neylan coming to us from a background in accounts management with a building company. She has resided in the Noosa area for the past nine years with her family of three children, who all attended the local schools.

Bruce Gregory

Bruce has almost 40 years senior management experience in various parts of the service industry both in Australia and New Zealand. He worked for various divisions of ColesMyer for a total of 26 years, as well as other leading Australian retailers and service providers. Whilst at ColesMyer, he was heavily involved in training of Executive Trainees, chairing the Executive Development Committee responsible for the Training program for all Myer stores in New South Wales. Bruce had 15 years in New Zealand working with the countries leading retailers and specialist recruiters and served as a Director and President of the New Zealand Retailers Association as well as Director for the Retail Industry Training Organisation. Bruce is excited about using his skills to ensure the smooth operation of the holiday department thus ensuring that owners and guests alike receive top quality service.

Kim started her career in Property Management in 2007 working for agency in Brisbane. Whilst working as a Reception she completed a traineeship in Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) Property Management before being promoted to Property Manager. Kim moved the Sunshine Coast in early 2011where she continued working within the real estate industry before joining Dowling & Neylan Holiday Department in August. Kim loves the Sunny Coast lifestyle and is proud to call it home.
